At The Atlantic, I created a documentary series.
I launched and built a short-documentary series that brought cinematic filmmaking to The Atlantic’s long-form journalism audience, expanding the brand’s global reach through YouTube. Conceived as an online film festival, the series became an international hub for short documentaries, featuring more than 250 films, 400 million lifetime views, 500,000 subscribers, and an Academy Award nomination. Each film was accompanied by an original article on theatlantic.com.
